Instructions
  1. In a medium saucepan, bring 1.5 quarts of salted water to boil. Add broccoli raab, and cook for 2 minutes. Drain well and chop. Place in large bowl.
  2. Make noodles with daikon and zucchini using a spiralizer or mandoline. Chop noodles with knife to make the length of bean sprouts. Mix all ingredients, except oil, together with a fork.
  3. In a large fry pan, heat oil on medium high heat. Divide vegetable mixture in to four patties in pan. Fry until golden brown on both sides.
