Instructions
  1. Remove all visible fat from steak. Cut into four pieces and place in food processor. Chop to desired texture. Add, mustard, shallots, capers, chives, salt, and pepper; mix or pulse a couple of times to combine.
  2. Divide into two servings and arrange on plate, carefully placing egg yolk on top.
