Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 450F.
  2. Place all dry ingredients in food processor and pulse a couple of times to combine.
  3. Add cold butter pieces and pulse until mixture resembles coarse meal.
  4. Add cold buttermilk and pulse twice or until dough just comes together.
  5. Place dough on floured board. Pat down into a 9" round, about an inch thick. Place on ungreased aluminium pie or cake pan. Using a dough divider, cut into 6 slices. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
  6. Remove from oven and brush tops with one tablespoon of melted butter. Serve warm!
Recipe Notes

Cheese & garlic biscuits - Add 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
and 1teaspoon of dry parsley to dry ingredients. Add 1 cup
of shredded sharp cheddar cheese when adding buttermilk.
Add a little garlic powder to the melted butter when
brushing tops.
