Instructions
  1. Heat oven to 375°F. Spray a 9"x9" glass baking dish with cooking spray. Cook pasta according to package directions; then drain.
  2. In a large pot, heat 2 tablespoons butter over medium-high heat. Add chopped mushrooms and cook until slightly browned. Add wine, tarragon, white pepper, paprika and salt; cook for another minute. Whisk in cream cheese until melted. Add cheddar cheese, and Gruyere cheese, whisking constantly until cheese melts. Simmer 3 to 4 min. or until slightly thickened, (sauce will still be quite thin), stirring frequently. Add shrimp and crabmeat to sauce. Remove from heat. Put pasta in baking dish and pour sauce over pasta. Carefully stir with a spoon.
  3. Melt remaining 1 tablespoon butter in medium nonstick skillet over medium heat. Stir in breadcrumbs and green onions until coated; sprinkle over pasta.
  4. Bake 30 to 40 min. or until casserole is hot and bubbly and breadcrumbs are brown and crisp. Let stand 10 min. before serving.
Recipe Notes

Lobster and or scallops can be used too!
