Instructions
  1. Trim excess fat off of pork roast. Mix oil, cumin and oregano in a bowl, then brush on entire roast. Sprinkle with salt on all sides. Place in crock pot. Squeeze orange halves over roast then throw oranges in pot. Chop all remaining ingredients and throw on roast. Cook on low for 8 hours. If you want the traditional crispiness of the roast, after the meat is cooked you can heat a pan with oil and put shredded meat in pan to fry until crispy on one side. Serve with soft corn tortillas ONLY. You can garnish with onion and cilantro, or my black bean salad..
