Instructions
  1. 1. Brown sausage in olive oil. As it browns add garlic. Deglaze pan with broth. Stir in tomatoes . Bring sauce to a almost a boil, then reduce to simmer. Stir in cream. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in peas and basil.
    2. Toss hot drained penne in pan with sauce....or serve separately. Garnish with grated cheese.
