Instructions
  1. Melt butter in skillet on medium heat. Saute sliced mushrooms until browned. Beat eggs and heavy cream, then pour over mushrooms. Stir with fork until eggs begin to set. Sprinkle cheese over eggs. Cook until eggs begin to brown, then fold inhalf using spatula. Cook and flip until desired doneness.
