Instructions
  1. 1. Place flour in large bowl. Cut refrigerated butter and cream cheese into small pieces and add to flour. Using a pastry blender/cutter, cut butter and cream cheese into flour until it resembles small peas. Add beaten egg and blend with hands only until dough comes together to form a ball. Refrigerate dough for at least 4 hours or overnight. Divide dough into 3 pieces, and using a well floured pastry board and rolling pin, roll dough into a rectangle about 1/4-inch thick. Cut into 1-1/2 inch circles. Place circles on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Using your thumb, make a indentation in the middle of each circle. Place 1-teaspoon of prepared filling onto center of each cookie. Then bake in a pre-heated 350-degree oven until cookies turn a light brown; about 15 minutes. Remove from oven and cool on wire rack. Dust with powdered sugar immediately before serving. 2. Fillings are using prune, apricot, nut, cheese, raspberry, and poppysee
