Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, mix the seasoning ingredients and set aside.
  2. In a large pot, brown meat in avocado oil; then add onions and green pepper. Continue to cook until vegetables are soft. Crush tomatoes in a large bowl by squeezing through your fingers. Then add to pot with seasoning mix. Shell the peanuts and add those too. Mix well and cook over low heat for about an hour. Stir ocassionally to prevent burning.
