Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 325 F.
  2. Place all ingredients in mixing bowl. Using the batter paddle, mix in stand mixer until combined and uniform. Pinch and roll meat into 1 1/2 inch balls, then place on lined (silpat or parchment) baking sheet. Bake for about 25 minutes or until they just begin to brown on top. Serve hot or freeze for later.
