Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of water to boil. Add a teaspoon of salt to the water. Break up cauliflower florets into small pieces. Balch for 4 minutes in boiling water. Drain well.
  2. Heat heavy cream on stove. Add cheeses and stir until well combined and melted. Season with salt and white pepper.
  3. Preheat oven to 375 F. Place well drained cauliflower in baking dish. Pour cheese mixture over cauliflower. Bake for 45 minutes. If desired, you may turn broiler on to brown the top.
