Instructions
  1. Peel squash, scoop out seeds, and cut in small pieces.
  2. Place squash and apple slices in a buttered 7- x 11-inch baking dish.
  3. Blend remaining ingredients in a food processor until crumbly. Sprinkle the crumbs over squash and apple.
  4. Cover and bake butternut squash casserole at 350° for about 45 to 50 minutes.
