Instructions
  1. Mix the first three ingredients, then add the corn oil and very hot water. Mix thoroughly with dough whisk. Allow to cool for about 15 minutes, then add sourdough starter. Set aside for about 90 minutes. You can now shape into 12 balls, about 81 grams each. Place in a covered container and allow to ferment for about 5 hours. You can also refrigerate for 12-24 hours to increase flavor. When ready to cook, roll each ball into a 9-10 inch disc. Place on hot cast iron skillet for about one minute on each side, or until gloden brown areas develop.
