Instructions
  1. 1. Preheat oven to 400F. Cook artichoke hearts according to package directions. Set aside. 2. In a medium saucepan, warm heavy cream over medium heat. Add cream cheese and stir until melted and combined. Add Parmesan, mozzarella, garlic powder, pepper, and salt. Stir well until all cheeses have melted. Add cooked artichoke hearts and stir to combine. Pour into baking dish. Top with shredded Parmesan cheese. Bake at 400F for about 10 minutes or until dip is bubbly. Broil for a mmiute or so, until top is nicely browned. 3. Serve warm with artisan tortilla chips.
